Smart Irrigation Project Begins in Cooperation with Ege University and Tokyo Agricultural Technology University

A cooperation protocol was signed between Ege University and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, within the body of İzmir Agricultural Technology Center (İTTM) and under the leadership of İzmir Commodity Exchange, for the development of a smart irrigation project based on remote sensing methods. With the project, it is aimed to develop technologies that will enable the efficient use of water resources in cotton production.
